三叶转子比二叶转子的优势:
1、抽气性能高:同等转速下,二叶罗茨真空泵转一圈抽2次气,三叶罗茨真空泵转一圈则抽3次气,性能提高很明显;
2、温升小:同等压差下,假设二叶罗茨真空泵温升为50℃,那么三叶罗茨真空泵则只有30~35℃,温升只有二叶罗茨真空泵的60~70%;
3、压差高:三叶罗茨真空泵可以达到120KPa的压差,而二叶罗茨真空泵只能达到50KPa的压差;
4、压缩比大:由于三叶罗茨真空泵与二叶罗茨真空泵的结构差异,压缩比大;
5、震动小、稳定性高;
